wednesday. darms.

dinner last night: 3oz leftover meatloaf on the forman w/ green peppers and onions, and steamed broccoli. then i went to the gym and did 30 min on the eliptical (330cal).  (mols switched her membership to me and its NEXT DOOR i am pumped).

gym: 6:30am woohoo! 30 min on the eliptical and then shoulders and triceps

breakfast: smoothie with blueberries, strawberries, and 1/2c ff plain yogurt

ps i lost 4lbs

tuesday. darman.

i bought a blender this weekend and for breakfast i made a smoothie with a banana, handful of bluberries and strawberries, a 1/4c ff plain yogurt, and ice. yum.

then for lunch i busted out my basil chicken salad.  also in the blender i made low-fat basil mayo (with chopped garlic) and combined about a 1/4c of that w/ a 1/c ff plain yogurt.  i boiled chicken tenders, which makes them easy to shred, and mixed that up with celery, cranberries and almond slivers.  i put it on two pieces of wheat toast w/ lettuce. who is jelly?

for my snack i had some of this potato salad that i also made (i cooked a lot this weekend). its red potatoes, red wine vinegar, a little dijon mustard, lemon juice, garlic, chili powder, and chopped up mint.  good, but not totally satsfying as there’s not any fat/protein in it so i also had two tbsp crunchy pb.  this was all by around 2pm.

now its 430 and im totally hungo. the end.

labor day

Breakfast: cereal, milk, almond/cran mix

Lunch: slice of meatloaf left over from molly last night, broccoli, heated up in canola oil

Snack: bites of the basil chicken salad and mint potato salad that i made for the week. yea boi.  i’ll tell you more about then tmrw when i bring them to work

Dinner: YUM all day i marinated a pork chop in soy sauce, garlic, ginger, lemon, and fresh chopped mint. i broiled it with red onions for about 10-12 min, flipping sides. i also steamed some brussel sprouts.  reeeeally good.
