went to the gym, its a start

in my 3hr mtg i had a sally made with mixed greens, kidney beans, feta, tomatoes, cucumbers, balsamic/oil and a small whole wheat roll. it was like 7 pts for a total of 20.

then i did interval running on the treadmill for 20 min and 10 min of interval training on the elliptical. it was like 330 cal.

now for dins i had maybe 5 or 6oz of steak that i heated up from the other night at primehouse, along with the tiny scoop of leftover mashed potatoes too.  was yummy. still hungo, boo.

thennn during LBTM:TSFTNEW (ha) i had a chips-ahoy.

today for bfast i had special k, fat free milk, a banana, and an apple.  i dont know.  8pts tho.

Today- ow, I am full- Marty

blugh. So full.

So for bfast I had an engo muffy with tsp of pb on one side and tsp of jelly on the other. Oh yeah and an ice coffee. Then I got to my Webb meeting and had a munchkin.

I was so hungry when i got back that I had a plum and an odwalla bar…which i sooooooooo wish i hadnt because we went to lunch. At lunch I had a few nachos and a little spinich and artichoke dip. Then half a steak and cheese wrap with a couple french fries. I look like this right now.

Last night-Marty

Last night we went for the worst run of all time. It was sooooooooo hot out that we could both barely breath. We ended up stopping at one point and walking for a little bit because it was tough.

For dinner we split a summer buritos (black beans, mango salsa, grilled chicky, and some rice) and a mango whey protein shake. It was the perfect size meal for me. I think dids was stttttttttarving though.
