so finnnnnnnnnnnally i went to this little jamacian pushcart that sits out side our building. it came last summer for the first time and always has a googe line out front. it also has a flat screen tv on the outside of it. i got curry chicken over rice w/peas and beans. it was f’ing awesome.

Lunch, Plus. D
I came across some free BBDO food at about 11. I had a slice of canteloupe, a bunch of grapes, and a scooped out mini whole wheat bagel with about a teaspoon of cream cheese.
Then at about 12:30 i had about a cup of minestrone soup that i brought leftover from home as well as a mini pita dipped in 2 tbsp of lemon hummus, and a cup of baby carrots.
Now, at 3, I had some slices of green pepper as well as a cup of my couscous salad (couscous, red onion, green pepper, purple pepper, chick peas, feta, and olive oil).
Pts-wise… lets see. Today I’ve had about… 4+4+5+4ish=17ish. hmm ok.

after a mess of a day yesterday, i’m back on track today. this morning for breakfast i had a mini box of special k cereal, ff milk, and a banana. good enough. i brought a whole slew of food from home for the rest of the day. i think for dinner i may order some Organique through seamlessweb.com. I’m not sure how many cities it spans, but it should span them all! it’s the most convenient way to order food – basically just a couple clicks of the mouse and you’re food practically delivers itself. Check it out!!
I Get So Hungo During the Day. D
at about 12:30 i took my lunch outside to eat and read. i made couscous sally yesterday with red onion, green pepper, PURPLE pepper (what up stuytown farmer’s market), feta, olive oil, and chick peas. I brought a scoop of it and it that with an orange. That was prob like 4 or 5pts total. Then just now at 2ish i had the snack i brought from home: little whole wheat pita, a bit of lemon hummus, carrots and green peppers. thats like 4. so let’s say 13. and im still so hungo. i hate that.

this morning i had an apple at like 8am (2/2). then at about 10 i had a rice cake with a tbsp of pb (3/5). at 12:30 i heated up my totally sweet amy’s mexican tamale pie thingy (2/7). then i went to the gym and i was awesome! i was pumped. i ran so hard, intervals, for 20 min and then walked at total incline for 10 more min. 300 cal. now its 3:30 and im having honey roasted peanuts (4/9). la la la.
Monday-Marty
Wow, what a nice long weekend. I hate work, I love Lake Placid. We had the best time and the best weather. While we were extremely active (river jumping, running, golf, swimming) we also drank a lot and ate A LOT.
So I am happy its Monday and I can start being normal again.
Started the day with Kashi Go Lean Crunch….which was the bomb diggs.
Then for lunch I had a turkey, tabouli (i cant spell or be bothered to look it up), lettuce, tomato and sprouts. There were black beans on the side…but then I ate some of Andys fries. Woops.
Then for dinner I made Lemon Dill Salmon, an Artichoke, Summer Squash and Broccolini. It was awes. I have to do an event today so no pics for this post, but I will try and go back later tonight and add some in.
