Boring as well-Marty

I made some chunk light tuna this morning with ff mayo, a few toasted almond slivers and a few dried cranberries….

I alos had a Soup at Hand Tomato Soup.  I am full, yet bored and tired.

Ooh now i just made 100 calorie microwave popcorn.

Breakfast-Marty

I am sick of the fact that FSG will not step it up and get more breakfast food. Stupid people. I had a handful of stale Raisin Bran Crunch and my free Dunkin Ice Coffee.

End of the day-Marty

So I got home and really really wanted to go running. I had a couple of wheat crackers with light laughing cow swiss cheese and took Paul and headed outside. We got about half way over the bridge to Charlestown when the sky opened up and it started raining sideways. It was crazy! We took cover for like ten minutes until it started misting. We went for probably a 3 miler, but there was a lot of up and down hills which was great for my behind.

Lauren and I were meeting BOBBBBBBB out for dinner so I knew it was going to be bad because I was totally starving. I had two glasses of white wine, two pieces of bread with pesto spread, half a caesar salad (it was small), some mussels, and maybe a half a cup of this really not good for you pasta. It was like four cheese creamy sausagey delishness. It was seriously so good. I LOVE truffle oil–which there was some on there. Yum. I bought Paul’s dinner because he didn’t really want to go out and he’s a little stressed right now. So it was super expensive, but I will be good all weekend because I’m staying with Brender. BTW- So excited for Sex and the City!!!

update – darman

sooooo i am kind of happy.  i went up to meet my friend james (not from ohio) because he wanted ice cream and was smazzing.  so i walked up briskly (still had gym clothes on) which felt good and then DIDNT get ice cream after we smazzed.  i got an unsweetened ice tea with lemon. it was great!  i was just happy that i didnt ruin the gym.  walked briskly home. now its 12:07 and im up watching the sox, which i dvrd, and am just a couple spoonfuls of couscous sally with a small dollap of cottage cheese. i am addicted to cc, super.

healthy day! – darman

i went to the gym and ran for 30 min.  like 3 mi.  good start for exercise this week.

i was starrrrving when i came home.  i think i overestimated the number of pts in my couscous lunch.  its so hard when i make a big batch, to then know how much of everything i took.   anyways my dinner was yummy, i made egg whites with a ton of spinach, chopped up onion, my boi cottage cheese, a whole wheat engo, with salsa and a tiny spoonful of guac on the side. nummers.
