yumtastic sammy

and it was free!  it’s def a perk to know the kitchen guy/in-house bartender here at bbdo.  he gave me a free sammy that was leftover after a mtg.  ah, the simple pleasures.  it was like, multi grain brain w/ all these grilled veggies, avocado, a thin layer of fresh mozz, and some sort of mustard. probs like 6pts. butttt see i had put all the veggies on one side and was like im only gonna eat half. which i did. but then the other slice was sitting there, w just one slice of cheese on it, so i ate that too.  like 4more pts, so 10 total, 19 on the day.  im going to dins tonight before cry baby, i’ll hopefully just have a salad and like a glass of wine.  then LOST!!!

Bfast-Marty

Ew, so annoyed today. Ew. Bad mood. Had some cheerios. Without milk. Boo.

Then I had some “Savory thin mini CRACKERS”. thats what the bag says. Its aweosme. They are rice crackers and are like 37 little crackers for 1 gram of fat and 150 calories. So good. So Salty.

Cousssss Sally-Marty

So I didnt go work out tonight, but I did make some healthy stuff. I made a little Wheat Cous Cous Sally. It had wheat cc, a cucumber, red and yellow pepper, a little onion and some ff feta cheese.  Please reference Darmans millions of pics of cc sally.

For protein I made some pineapple curry chicken (yum!) on the grill. I also had one glass of red wine.

late morning AGAIN – d

i cant get to work before 930/10 these days.  next week, here i come.  i’m going to cry baby tonight!!! and THEN TWO HOURS OF LOST WAHOOOOOO.  i’m watching PST.  this morning i toasted an english muffin and put a little guac on one half and a little cottage cheese on the other.  was yummy. im hungo.  as always.

last night – d

big win for the cs.  intense game to watch in the 4th but we pulled it out big time.  i went to the galway hooker to watch the game with my boy delz from our dallas office.  i had about 3 bud lights and potato skins.  like marty said yesterday, tho, when i work out i dont beat myself up as much if i eat something like that.  back to healthy today.

at about 420 i had a luna (peanut butter cookie flavor, yum) because i knew i was gonna try to get to the gym at 5, 530 (which i did, wahoo)

i ran about 3 mi and then walked uphill, briskly for 10 more min (all on treadmill)

i was again starving when i came home so i just ate a microwaved potato with broccoli and cottage cheese over top. and hot sauce. yum.
