The trainer was awesome, we worked out my chest and shoulders really hard and also did some legs and abs (we always do cardio so I’m not going to mention that anymore).
I was also happy about working out so hard because I knew I was going to Professor Thom’s, my sweet Red Sox AND Lost bar, with my friend Andrew for drinks and dinner. I had a couple bud lights and a couple Jack on the Rocks’ and to eat we split nachos and I had a grilled chicken ceaser salad. Obviously ceaser salad isn’t healthy (not that nachos are) but they have suchhhhhhhh a good ceaser there.
