Ok ok, sorry. Ps this is so bogus, I just wrote out this whole post and when I clicked publish it just took me to the main page to sign in, and I lost my post. So, this is going to be short now this time around. Boo.
Lunch at brainstorm: cosi provided, i had veggie and hummus flatbread sammy w/ spinach, grapes, pear, cranberries, blue cheese on salad.
Went to trainer and did another superset workout, as always, but again with the intense cardio spurts. Chest and shoulders today. After I was set to go home and do/eat like nothing but got roped in to drinks upstairs where they also have salty snacks BOOOO. I hate when I eat poorly after the trainer, it really bums me out, so after I ate them, in my sort of drunk state, I decided that would have to be dinner and I wasnt going to let myself eat anything else.
Went to my friend Lawson’s to *salad up*. Watched the sox on his comp then walked home. Got Hot Talmales along the way because of the salad BOOOO i suck. I ate a bit and then threw them away tho.
