So today I have been doing well since I am so busy. For lunch I went to LongHorns with the work peeps. I had half a wheat roll, five or 6 french fries with cheese and a Chicken Sienna. It was basically grilled chicken with salsa over brown rice and steamed veggies. I had about half the plate because I wasnt that hungry.
Ow my neck hurts from pilates, sammit I have it tomorrow again.
