Last night I went food shopping and tried just to buy what I would need for the few meals I am in town this week (I’m going to Dallas for work Friday through Wednesday). I have a tendency to buy too much food, especially before going away, and I cannot afford to be wasting money like that.
I bought 3 Amy’s burrito’s, which I like to eat for breakfast and just ate now, a box of fiber one, a bag of frozen broccoli, and a bag of frozen berries. You’ll see what I do with them as the week goes on!

Marty thinks these are gross for breakfast but I do it all the time. These hearty little guys are organic and vegan. They are 280 calories, 4g of fiber, 8g of fat (1 saturated), and 9g of protein (WW 5.5). This will defintely keep me full until midday, which is what I look for most in a bfast. To accomplish that I make sure to eat as much lean protein and fiber as possible at breakfast (and every meal).
